When a Youtube video emerged with Panchan Rina and Kai Asakura meeting with Rizin CEO Sakakibara, it only seemed inevitable that she would eventually make her debut for the promotion. Ever since her debut in 2019, Panchan has gotten a lot of media attention and she has successfully built up a large social media following, including her Youtube channel, where she has collaborated with fighters like Kai and Kana Watanabe.
Her opponent, Momoka, has been a staple of the Japanese kickboxing scene for some time. At 28 years old, the 40 fight veteran will be fighting on the biggest stage of her career. Up till now she has fought primarily for Deep, Deep Jewels, and Rise. Going into the fight, Momoka is on a bit of a losing streak, but those fights have been against some of the better fighters in the division.
