Pancrase 329: Karen & Sayako’s opponents announced

In March, Karen Pravajra defeated Emi Fujino en route to becoming the Strawweight Queen of Pancrase. This was her biggest win to date and the still undefeated champion is now set to face Momoka Hoshuyama at Pancrase 329 on September 11th. The 27 year old Hoshuyama made her pro-debut in 2021 and up till now has fought the entirety of her career in Shooto, including a bout against the former champion, Mina Kurobe. Karen for her part, will likely look to utilize her dangerous elbows again and earn her third-straight elbow related stoppage in a row.

In the Atomweight division, the 31 year old Sayako is scheduled to return to the promotion after a nearly two year absence. With a record of 5-1, she holds a notable victory over now Rizin fighter, Si Woo Park. Across the cage from her will be the 34 year old Yoki Harada, who like Hoshuyama hails from Shooto.

In other Strawweight action, Emi Fujino will return to action against Song Hae Yoon. At 20 years, Yoon is close to 22 years younger than Fujino and with 1 pro-fight on her record, there is a significant experience gap as well. Fujino for her part, will be looking to snap a two-fight losing streak and return to her winning ways.
