Over the weekend, Rise held an all women’s card, which included the semi-finals for their inaugural Flyweight title. Madoka Jinai will now face Manazo Kobayashi in what should be an exciting bout to determine the new champion. Manazo is 14-2-4 and is the WPMF Flyweight Champion and the inaugural Muay Thai Open Champion. Madoka is 24-8-1 and is a former WBC, WMC, and J-Girls champion. With the amount of women appearing on cards, it would appear that Erika Kamimura is taking her role seriously within Rise.
